Baked chilli cod

This is a simple, healthy but tasty dish

Place the pieces of cod on a sheet of tin foil, add a slice of 🍋 and splash with chilli oil and a sprinkle of salt. 

Fold the foil to make a pouch and then put on a baking tray and pop in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 mins. 

Serve with boiled potatoes and mixed vegetables or a salad. Yummy 😋
