Criss cross potatoes



Cut the potatoes in half and score the flesh with a diamond pattern no deeper than 3mm.
Lay on a baking tray and splash with olive oil,
sprinkle in salt and pop in the oven for 45 mins.
Tasty! 👍

✔️top tip: for a change try sprinkling with chilli flakes or crushed garlic before baking
